For overseas attendees, it is recommended to book their flights to Frankfurt Airport (FRA) and then take the Deutsche Bahn Intercity Express (ICE) high speed train to Siegburg/Bonn train station (train ride takes about 40 minutes, 62 € one way). From Siegburg/Bonn train station you can either take a taxi (around 33 € one way) or the local tramway line 66 to Bonn Central station (Hauptbahnhof) (every 10 minutes, travel time 25 minutes, 5.10 € one way).
